Spice increases well-being in several ways. For one, it quiets or smoothes out digestive troubles, adding a measure of calm to your day.

Tastes that influence cooking in winter are hot, warm, or cool and have a variety of flavors. Spices add energy through flavor, to food and drink!

Winter Spices from your kitchen will warm up drinks and teas. To access a bounty of taste and energy, you’ll crush and add spices in their whole, un-ground form. However, if in a hurry you can use ground spices. Just be sure to use up the spice in 6 months for best flavor and vitality.

Fruity Chai Recipe A sweetener for your chai, this Spicy Fruit concentrate replaces sugar. Dried fruits and spices are infused overnight for strong flavor. Brew chai. Add a spoonful of Spicy Fruit concentrate to your chai for a delicious, slightly sweet taste.
Elderberry-Cherry Tonic Spiced cherry juice plus berry cold-brewed herbal tea. Pour into serving cups or glasses and serve these two spicy brews for a measure of delight as your morning tonic or festive-herbal drink.
